By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following.

Phone numbers obtained during the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information will only be used for communications related to our services.

By opting in, you may receive SMS messages related to appointment reminders, appointment confirmations and rescheduling, and requests to contact our office. Our messages will never include diagnoses, medications, test results, or any other health information.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.

4. Potential fees for SMS messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary for domestic and international messages.

5. Opt-in methods

We verbally ask customers for their consent to receive SMS messages as a method of communication. This opt-in allows us to send important updates such as support ticket confirmations, service notifications, and follow-ups directly to their mobile device. By obtaining verbal consent, we ensure customers are aware of and agree to receive SMS messages in compliance with communication and privacy guidelines.
