Home  /  Our Staff

The people you will actually meet.

New Living is a multidisciplinary team. These are the people who lead the agency and coordinate care.

Kedisha Watson

Chief Executive Officer

Leads the agency, its certification and accreditation standing, and its relationship with the DC Department of Behavioral Health.

Bruce Tisdale

Clinical Director

Holds clinical authority across the agency — supervision, treatment planning, and the quality of every service delivered.

Jelika Kamara

Care Coordinator

Keeps each consumer’s care connected — appointments, authorizations, referrals, and the handoffs in between.

Charlotte Fallick

Therapist

Provides individual, group, and family counseling for symptom management and daily living skills.

Before publishing: confirm each person’s current licensure and post-nominals (for example LGSW, LICSW, APRN) and add them beside the name. Licensure is what a referring hospital or a family member checks first. Add a photograph only with written consent from each staff member.

The wider team

Behind these four, a clinical department.

Nurses, therapists, care coordinators, and community support workers deliver the day-to-day work of the agency. We hire from entry level through to experienced professionals, and we are recruiting now.
